I needed one of these to replace a fan that started making a terrible racket. The price was great for two even if I only needed one but I am sure I can come up with a use for the second eventually.The fan that I replaced buzzed when running the last 2 years before it started making a terrible sound.When I put this one in and tested before buttoning everything up, it was so quiet I worried I made a mistake with the connections or got a defective fan but I could see and feel it spinning. It was just so quiet I couldn’t hear it over the hum of the compressor.Before the replacement the sound of the fan made me feel a general sense of anxiety but now it is perfect.
