yes it is but after 3 washes under warm water

This is oily and won't wash off ur hair even with shampoo. It wil work well for short hair as well . It's not water based so it's kinda really oily and u can run ur fingers through ur hair and smells exactly and looks also like mansion polish . But it's a pretty decent product . I would any day go for uppercut deluxe pomade . The best ever . I have even used suavecito but uppercut is the best .
