I read the reviews before buying the product and i was hoping not all of the 1 star reviews were true but they are. This product worked poorly at best.1st - When I unpack the product the instructions on how to operate and assembly the parts are horrible. I had to come back to the amazon website for visuals like where to add the water into the unit and still have no clue why or what all of the pieces they sent go to or work.2nd issue is the extremely short hoses that came with the product. no way can anyone use theses hoses unless you want the unit to actually sit on the bed with you. I had to go and buy 2 longer hoses just to get it sit on the floor.3rd - when i placed the cooling pad under my sheet it was like sleeping on a tarp, and the tarp kept moving around ... made the bed uncomfortable some what.4th - the cooling - I tried it for 3 nights and using the highest fan setting possible (weird names for speeds also) the cooling aspect of the tarp... I mean pad was barely detectable and never constant. It was cool like right by the hose connections but that coolness never went beyond 1/2 the pad. I still woke up with my sheet wet from sweating as if it was never there or on.Overall I would mos def say pass on this and try something else. this one is not the answer

Very hard to see water level, water does not last more than a couple hours. Cord and tubes are very short. I should have spent the extra money to get The Mattress Cooler. That machine works great!

Mat was a little uncomfortable. It moved under the sheet each night. Having the unit on the nightstand was in the way

Unlike the other users, I’ve had a good experience with this product. I took extra precaution and put a waterproof mattress cover on my bed, then the cooling pad, my normal mattress cover and then my sheets. Mind you I have 5 dogs that sleep in bed snuggled up to me. In the evening I fill the basin with cold water (I do not fill it directly in the machine) and I add a few ice cubes for added cooling effect. I’m going through menopause so my hot flashes are awful! Living up north, I end up freezing my husband and dogs by opening the windows and running 4 fans. Yes 4…all on me! With this cooling pad, I’ve stayed cool and have even gotten cold a few times. I’ve had this product for 2-3 months now and my only complaint is having to refill the basin each night. To me, this product has been a huge help. It’s not Antarctic cold, but it’s not Texas heat sweats every night either.

This product is not made of very strong material. My cat barely walked on it and his claws poked three holes in it. Had to use waterproof glue to plug the holes. The temperature is not very regulated. Goes hot and cold, not consistent.

I'm sending this thing back. I tried it for one night 😕, I woke up sweating because this thing did nothing (and that's with the fan on HIGH). I'll give it 1-2 more tries and then I'm DONE! I don't have high hopes though.

It doesn’t stay in place. Doesn’t pump the water threw at all

This product does not work as advertised. Stay away.
