Great refreshing hair tonic with no oil content
I was looking for the hair tonic having cool refreshing effect with no oil contents which enable me use just after shampooing/conditioning.This is the product and I satisfy for refreshing effect.

Smell = but medicinal, fairly caustic
Possibly adds a bit of extra sheen to hair - I wouldn’t spray directly on though as feels a bit caustic, not biggest fan of the smell- ? Like TCP + perfume.
