Review: 1 year on still working well - I have had this on my wall for about 1 year now its never let me down I use it to water my plants on the front garden and back garden If you haven't got a SDS drill it will take some time to drill it to the wall as the screws ankers it comes with are quite big but it needs this so its very sturdy when dragging the reel out very happy with my purchase it is expensive but you get what you pay for definitely would recommend Review: Easy to set up, want an easy life - So easy to fix to the wall. When the water is on there is no leaks, so easy to move side to side and the pulling out the hose takes a little bit of pulling but not that hard. I found that the last bit to pull then release it then stops it from trying to pull in the hose pipe. When you have finished pull the hose pipe & it then starts to wind in the pipe. No hassle in it pulling in the pipe but don't let it go because I find it really pulls it in very fast. It's great that there is a stopper on the hose pipe before the gun and that can be altered which is great if you want the end of your hose pipe to be longer or shorter once it's reeled it back in. Not cheap but so far I'm please with the cost of this product because it's easy to use and it works very well. So much better than any of my old hand wind in hose reels which used to get stuck, pipe get twisted, handle broke on one when i was winding in the pipe and some even leaked before it had put water in the pipe. These should of been out many years ago.
