Tampered packaging

Adhesion is not working,and quantity is not 5 pieces ,it's only one piece. I want to replace it ,but I talk to customer he say that product is non refundable as well as non returnable,well product is already missing then in packet,I fell very bad experience now I am not going to purchasing from Amazon app because you are cheated to customer.
