No, there are only three size setting on this bed frame. For a TWIN, FULL and QUEEN.

Had an squeaking issue with a similar-type, but different brand frame. Lifted the bed and gave a couple generous sprays of WD-40 to all the joints 6 months ago and not a peep since.
