I got this product for help with cellulite and so far, so good. It's definitely got a warming effect so I use it before a workout as I get pain at my age from arthritis in my hips and legs - so good for that!Do NOT put this on directly out of the shower. That was the only time my skin felt so hot I had to shower again to cool off my legs. Still, after getting used to the sensation it isn't unpleasant.I have extremely sensitive skin and hot flashes and it hasn't created any problems for me - even in the heat of oncoming summer. Quality product for sure.I wanted to update on tis. I think it is a good product in that it 'tightens' the overall tone of the affected area, however the effect is *temporary* and will only last with consistent use, diet and exercise (those dreaded words, I know). What I *have found to be helpful* to overcome cellulite besides committing to riding my recumbent bike daily, is cutting out all forms of processed sugars. That alone has taken almost 100 pounds off my frame that I gained during my doctoral thesis.This product is a help, but no substitute for the obvious. It will help tone the skin with consistent use as well.

After apply my upper leg area my skin started to burn. I run to shower and had to stay half and hour. When shut down cold water my skin was burning too much. Never use again

The cream definately works for me. After applying for about two weeks every night and generous amount. I think the key is to take one's time and rub it in vigorously. I feel much more than warming of the skin. It feels hot. It is very hot for about 20min then it slowly calms down. My legs are so much smoother and the cellulite is truly visibly very reduced. I love the results. If one is willing to deal with some heat on their skin and if they are persistent with the application, they will enjoy results. Keep rubbing it in really well!

I just started using few days ago so I can not comment on its miracle however I can say that it burns like hell! Your skin burns like you are lying under the sun at 12pm when its 45•C!!! And I also didnt like the smell of it! Hopefully it will worth this disturbance
