DaiwaJ-Braid 150M 8-Strand Woven Round Braid Line

Best spinning braid I've tried
I've used just about all of the major US, and many Chinese and Japanese brands of 20 lb test braided fishing line over the years. Mostly for spinning and bottom fishing on the Gulf Coast of Florida. This very slick/very round braid yields noticeably longer casting range than all other brands.Because of it slickness, I was originally concerned about how well it would hold a knot. However it seems to do just fine with a Paladin or Uni knot.I haven't used it long enough to attest to it's durability. I did notice that it was a relatively harder to cut with scissors than other brands.

Fantastically smooth, 8 carrier braid at a great price.
Daiwa again showing why they're some of the best in the biz. This line is about half the price of PowerPro and is far superior, closer to the "Slick 8" stuff, which I also don't like. Solid strength, great knots, abrasion resistant, and the only cheaper braid I'd even consider is KastKing. I've got this stuff on every reel I have that uses braid, from 50lb for snakeheads in the dense vegetation to 10lb for mean old river smallies. Give it a shot, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Value braid with performance to back it up
One of the best braids I've ever used. I was normally a Suffix Performance and 832 user - not any more. This behaves well on spin (currently on Penn Battle II and Penn Clash 4k and 5k and Quantum Boca 40 and 60) but it behaves exceptionally well on conventional/baitcaster (on my Abu Record 60, Luna 300, and Avet SX). It's more limp than coated so you may get a tip loop if you don't pay attention but this is largely a user issue. It's very durable - even without the coating. It makes little noise through the guides (mostly a minor issue with braids). The most important thing you have to remember is this stuff tests true on breaking strength. The 30# really is 30# - not 40# like everyone else. That also means the 30# in this is the diameter of 20# for other braids. This is important - if you are used to 20# and you buy 20# in this - you may have casting issues in saltwater with headwind on the beach. It also means you have to pay attention to the capacity. Overall excellent braid at a great price point.

Good, but more wind knots on spinning reels.
It's very smooth and does not make a lot of noise going through guides or on line rollers.it's also thicker than 4 strand braid and does not cast as far. The other issue is it's kind of floppy and can result in lots of windknots on spinning reels.Other than that I have been using it on several baitcasters and spinning reels. On most of the spinning reels it keeps getting reduced because of the bad wind knots.

Smooth as a baby's behind!
I'd challenge my fishing buddies to find a smoother line. Just make sure you tie a proper knot. I use a San Diego jammer with 4 wraps and that seems to do the trick. The only downside is that the line loses color fairly quickly. If that bothers you, keep a marker on hand.

Better than the others, I've tried them all.
Really tired of changing line over and over because they fray out or turn to junk after one season. Started to switch over my reels to this and it's been fantastic. I use it for Walleye Trolling, Walleye Jigging, Bass fishing and Muskie fishing. All perform excellent and hold up.

Very smooth
I bought 65lb braid for a punch rig in chartreuse. The braid is super smooth and very tightly wound. I can't imagine having any issues with this and was cheaper than most "cheap" fishing line brands. Sharpied a good 3ft section towards the hook and ready to punch, flip, kick!

SUPERIOR!
I bought this in the 40lb strength and spooled it onto a large rod I use for 3/4-2 ounce spinnerbaits, 1/2 to 3/4 ounce buzzbaits buzzbaits (custom made) along with huge worms, huge deep diving crankbaits, standard jigs etc etc. It casts well and I didn't have a single "wind knot" despite wind gusts upwards of 25 mph that blew for 5.5 hours of the 8 hour tournament I fished in last week. The line holds a knot very well, attaches to a fluorocarbon leader very well and handles very well. I honestly have to say this is the best braided line I've ever used to date, and I've used all of the "major" brands. I honestly can't say a bad word about this line.

Super Schnur
Ich habe die Schnur für meine Baitcaster besorgt. Die Schnur ist sauber auf der Rolle aufgespult. Die Schnur verspricht den Angaben, wie zb die Tragkraft. Der Preis ist für mich ok, für das was man bekommt.
