This is a great product at a fraction of the price when Dell had them. It fits perfectly into the slot of my sons alienware mx14.A couple of notes that are not deal breakers, I would buy this again in a heartbeat if the need arises. The power connector is a smidgen longer than the original equipment and I had to cram it in there. A little worried about excess bending on the cables but overall not an issue as it all fits in the MX14. Slight confusion as on the box it only says MX11. Does not list all compatible models the product works with. Lastly it does not come with the interior screws to secure the battery to the chassis of the computer. This can be difficult to replace as the original battery is secured with a locking disc on the screw and are difficult to take off. Youtube has plenty of videos on how to change the battery if you are not familiar with the process.Like I said though, great replacement part of you have drained an Alienware battery that is dicontinued. The battery performs like a champ and my son is very happy with it and I also. I do not anticipate any problams with this product, it will be tested thuroughly in the next year as my son is always using his laptop.

Replaced my dead Alienware M14x R1 battery with this. Worked okay for a month, and then stopped charging. I paid good money for either a lemon, or a product that does not work as advertised. Can't even return or replace it, because it's too late. I generally don't leave product reviews, so it tells you something I came back and spent time on hammering one out for this especially.Edit: someone from the customer service department reached out and shipped a replacement battery.. They also included a pair of Siker earphones, for my troubles I assume. I appreciate the great customer service from SIker, it's very impressive. Will update later how things work out with the new unit.

Solid little battery. Arrived with ~65% charge. Running on a 6-year-old Alienware gaming laptop with Windows 7. Battery fits well and the brackets line up perfectly.PC seems a bit confused about battery readings. Has a tendency to drop or jump up to ~30 minutes at the drop of a hat. May be a Windows 7 issue or firmware problem. But doesn't seem to affect battery life.My only real complaint is the wires. They were long for the battery slot and I had to uncomfortably stuff them in the case. I was worried they would pull out of the adapter with the force I had to apply to stuff them, but the adapter is soldered well and held just fine.

The product did as advertised, by lasting longer per charge than the cheaper options I purchased to compare to. It also charged more quickly. It was unfortunately not a significant enough difference for me to currently justify the price difference and so I returned the product. Here's more good news. Siker stood behind their year warranty and satisfaction guarantee. Returning was completely hassle free and Siker even did a follow up to see if there was any way they could improve to continue to have my business.I will definitely be sticking with them in the future for battery purchases.

Update: TheE seller contacted me, and they were very eager to make this right. They sent out a 2nd battery and even included a pair of ear buds. The 2nd battery came in proper packaging, and works well. The only change I would make and maybe this is the industry norm, but I would include new screws.My adult son ordered this for his Alienware. Model numbers match, but this battery is slightly smaller than the factory battery, and the contacts don't always touch which is an issue because the battery doesn't charge every time, depending on the position of the laptop.

I bought this battery Sept 2016. This battery just died and it's Nov 2017. Not happy on how long it last. Warranty is only good for 12 months. How convenient it dies after warranty.Update: siker got in contact with me and replaced my battery. Great customer service. Will update in the future if anything goes wrong as of now I'm happy with the quick action they took to take care of a customer.

I have purchased a battery in Nov 23,2018.After installing it works fine for approximately 3months, after that it's showing some irregularity in backup and charging.Now it's not working from last one and half months. The fault is it's not charging and I am unable to report this issue to customer service because it has not any information about customer support no. Now I write a review on Amazon about this issue and think that Amazon will look into this issue

Got this product in Feb of 18, installed it but did not try to run it on its own power until yesterday. When I unplugged it from 110 power laptop shut off, so this battery was bad from the start I guess. Left MFG a voice mail today will see what they do.
