Seems well-made
The crash bar arrived in good condition, and it fit my 04 Shadow 750 Aero perfectly. I needed to purchase longer bolt and add a washer for where it attaches over the radiator, and I had to shift the horn around a bit, but otherwise it was easy to install. For $50, it's cheap insurance for when I eventually forget the kickstand or find some other genius way to drop the bike, and now I have somewhere to attach highway pegs.

Difficult to install.
Although it was clearly mentioned in the item description, the only thing it came with was the package it came in. I did get it installed, made several trips to the hardware store to get the mounting bolts/screws. if you aren't proficient using a tap and die, you may end up going to a machine shop to get help.

1 1/4" Highway Engine Guard Crash Bar
Very good well-built product. It took me 20min. to install. I could do it in ten minutes now. Just remove the horn and set aside. Remove the bolt at the top of the radiator. Slide the bar in. Install the radiator bolt loosely. About 3 turns. Remove the bolt on the left side near the shifter, and the bolt and nut on the right side by the brake pedal. Loosely install the left side bolt first in the bracket. Then install the bolt and nut on the right side in the bracket. Then tighten all fasteners alternately until all are tightened. Reinstall horn. Lookin good. Easy peasy.

Junk!!!!
Installed this on my bike less than. A week ago. My bike hasn't been dropped or scratched or anything. But somehow today I noticed the bar is broken. What's this made out of? Plastic is a tougher material than this. And to top it off y'all want to deduct 15 dollars off my refund for me to ship this back.
