When it first came in, we thought it was kind of cheap & thin feeling but nice graining texture. But, this was our first experience with the peel and stick stuff. So, we decided to go ahead and test it. All to find it was actually quite realistic and adheres very well with an easy on/off re-do without losing sticking capability. As you see in the pictures, are used it on some bathroom tile toppers that were a color that I did not want anymore by the way it holds up in the shower extremely well. I was shocked! And it was a perfect economical solution to having a custom made mirror with a non standard set of dimensions to be the initial option with a size that couldn’t vary for many reasons. Just wrapping the old 80s renovation silver frame added a new updated look to avoid great expense to hide the medicine cabinet. The pictures don’t lie as it really does look like wood. I did use a sharpie marker in a couple places just to give the burled areas a little bit more accentuation. And, even that was a surprise that it blended so well. Kind of hard to go wrong with this faux wood peel and stick. We’ve since ordered a couple other brands of wood and textured surface rolls for some other projects and have not been as lucky to find the same quality. This brand is my new “go-to” choice. It’s thick enough where it does not tear easily in your hands or just tread, and become a big sticky mess of unusable thin vinyl to end up just a waste which is how the others have been. I hope this helps in making a decision so that you don’t make a mistake with other types as we have. This is the best by far! Density, weight, stickiness, and being easy to apply (& reapply) are all the things that we have learned and you will probably want in a good peel and stick paper and this has it!

I grabbed a picture just after starting. My desk from Walmart that I bought about 7 years ago needed a facelift. I taped it shut but off came the wood pattern too. I ordered this as I wanted something similar to before. I liked the color. I was hesitant when I got the roll, I thought it looked so cheap. But once on, it looks convincing and of decent to good quality. It was not wide enough to cover the width of the desk. I was worried you would see an overlap, but it is virtually impossible to tell.I did mess up with my exacto knife and you can see the white edge. Not a big deal, this desk will not get heavy use. The corners on the cabinet were difficult to cut but I managed to make it look decent. For whatever reason, the adhesive does not stick well to the bottom so I will try to heat the adhesive and reapply.This roll was enough to cover the outside portion of the desk but I did not go into the drawers. Some very minor bubbling but the material was forgiving and I could lift it up and reapply if needed.Great product! I don’t think I would want to use it in a place I use a lot but it does it’s job!

This is great quality and looks very real. It is incredibly durable. I am using it on my counter top and it cleans up great.

This is the second time I've wrapped my piano. This time however I had made the long top and monitor riser (seen in the photos). My girlfriend always does the wrapping for me because I'm trash at it. She complimented this vinyl because it was thicker and studier than the last one we had bought about a year ago. She did however say that the adhesive wasn't as good or so it seems.The front edge underneath the keys is having some issues sticking and we'll probably have to wrap that again. We were worried because some people mentioned it doesn't stick well to plywood but after filling and sanding the plywood and letting it sit for a week it seemed fine. All we did was wipe the wood with a damp cloth before applying the wrap and it worked great on those sections.I'll update this review after it's been more than a weekend with the wrap but so far it looks great, and wasn't too bad to install.

As long as you prep the surface you are attaching to the vinyl adheres well. It is easy to trim for a perfect fit and it looks good. Not to mention it has wood grain texture. Very pleased with the product especially the amount you get for the price.

I bought this to do a quick fix to the ugliest table on earth. (It was used and cheap when we moved into our first apartment.) anyways, when i unrolled the vinyl, there were creases where it looked like they had folded it and then rolled it up. But it was bad. So much so that in some places, you can still see it on the table. I read a few reviews before purchasing that said the same thing, so just beware of that. Another thing is that it didn't go over the curved part of the table well. That's probably user error, but something to take into consideration if you're doing a similar project to mine. Overall it came out pretty nice. The wood is textured so it gives off a nice wood feel. It's a little lighter than i thought it would be, but overall im pleased with the color. I'd recommend only if you can deal with the creasing issue. If you go over it with a scraper tool, you can get it out, it'll just take a little bit (or at least for me it did). Overall it's a pretty decent product. Ill probably order again🙂Before and after of my hideous table***EDIT***We just removed this contact paper after about 6 months. It left a LOT of residue. I used goo gone and a scrub daddy sponge, and even that isn't getting it off easily. I would keep that in mind. I wouldn't recommend using this if you don't plan on it being permanent!

I have used my fair share of peel and stick wallpaper and when I needed to upgrade my coffee table I thought I would give this wood grain peel and stick wallpaper a try and I was pleasantly surprised at how realistic it turned out will absolutely be buying another role to upgrade a few other Pieces around my home.
