I bought these to scrub my dogs when bathing them after I saw a video. They are great! They fit very well and have a velcro strap at the wrist that makes them feel even better. The mesh material makes them easy to air dry and in very little time. I have 3 dogs, a Chihuahua, a Husky, and a Boxer, and they loved getting scrubbed with the gloves. My Boxer thought she was getting a massage and the Chihuahua enjoyed getting her belly scrubbed. I was amazed that they worked very well on the extremely thick coat of the Husky, I usually wash her fur with a big tooth comb to get through her heavy coat but these gloves got the job done. I have not tried brushing while dry but I'm sure they would definitely get the job done.

I normally brush my cat a couple of times a week using a rubber bristled brush (Pictured next to the glove), but I have to constantly stop and clean out the bristles as they fill up with fur.Within 10 minutes of receiving these gloves , I put them both on and began petting my cat.He LOVED the feeling and the attention and I was shocked by all the loose fur that I removed from his coat.He is much softer and shinier than before, and when he sees me put the gloves on, he comes running for his spa treatment.

If the stitching held together these would be 5 star. but I have had to do repairs on and replace several pairs because the seams at the elastic wristband never seem to remain intact. Once is an individual defect; multiple pairs with the same issue is a design or materials flaw.

Doesn't remove hair as much as advertised.

I got this for my Aussie originally bc she hates being brushed. She liked it but it didn't get none of her loose hairs. Now on the other hand it works amazing for my great Pyrenees.

It’s more about what the cat thinks for these types of purchases, Spooky is very happy because it’s his two favorite things combined into one- brushing and pets. I’m also very happy with it too! The gloves fit nice, they’re adjustable. They’re tough to get in that undercoat and really pull the loose hairs out while being gentle and enjoyable for the kitty, and leaving a soft clean groom. And too, the hair is easy to remove just swipes out. Great price, and purple is a good color.
