Excellent for the 2 months they worked.
I wanted to like these, and to be honest I did. The sound and build quality was pretty good for the price and they had no problem staying in my ears while running. I'd actually found out about these from doing a google search for what the best budget bluetooth earbuds for runners are. Unfortunately I did not find these to be the best in the long run (pun intended).Initially the battery life was great. More or less matching what the packaging claimed (which is pretty impressive seeing as I tend to listen at fairly high volumes). However, after maybe a dozen more hour long sessions with these earbuds, I was finding that they would die much quicker. Last weekend I wore them while running a 5k and they died at the 3 miles mark after having only been used for roughly 30 minutes before the race started. After this instance I decided to give them a good full charge and let them have another chance wile I ran on a treadmill. Just like my hopes for a quality earbud at a good price, they died. And even better now they won't take a charge or turn back on.Rest in peace, my sweet 808 Audio EAR CANZ: you showed such promise from an early age but had your life cut dramatically short.

Poor quality / Poor battery life / Deceiving old reviews
I have now owned these since February 2017, so have a full 7 months of use. I have used them for working out at the gym, cycling (40+ mile rides), running and at work. They were really good initially; however, now the battery only charges halfway and dies within 30 minutes. They also seem to be slowly coming apart near the controller. The sound is nice for the price and they stay in the ear pretty well. The range is not very good with them when tethered to my iPhone 6s. If I ride with my phone in the back of my cycling jersey the connection breaks up a lot. If I ride with my phone mounted in front of me (nominally closer to my head), the headphones work fine. At the gym, I can go 15 feet or so before the signal breaks. Very inconsistent. They do have a 1 yr warranty, but if you read the document, it is a pain to deal with an issue. I have to pay postage and send them in. So I am then out of pocket more money on $30 headphones and also don't have headphones to use. These headphones had 4+ stars when I bought them, so I am assuming they have changed something and the new models are cheap quality. Do not purchase them.

Sound quality is good - construction is not so good.
Pros - Good sound. Wireless. Pretty reliable. Excellent noise blockers. I can vacuum with these in and still hear the music very well. Super lightweight and comfortable. Stay in even when I'm sweating.Cons - Lose connection frequently. I've run into the same problem with a lot of earbuds. Also, they cut out when you bend over or turn your head the wrong way -- and you never know which way is the wrong way. I've read a lot about earbuds and the theory is that the wiring is so delicate that you lose connection. Sometimes they come back on when I try to press the wires into the ear pieces, sometimes they randomly reconnect. The earbuds only work within 10-15 ft of whatever they're connected to, so if you use them when you're cleaning house you have to keep moving your source.I would recommend these for runners or those who workout in the upright position. They aren't that good for yoga, as the sound cuts out when you are bending and twisting. They are excellent to wear while vacuuming or mowing the lawn. They are also good for dance workouts.

Severe battery issues!
The headphones are generally fine for cheap Bluetooth headphones. The range isn't great, but I guess you get what you pay for on that front. The major problem with these is the significant battery issues that I have experienced. I've had these for about 5 months. The advertised battery life is 6 hours, but I frequently experience much less than that. They've also taken up to 5 hours to charge, which seems like a long time to me.This past weekend, I ran a half marathon using these headphones. I charged them all night before the race, and they showed the blue light meaning that they were charged. I unplugged them from the charger at about 5:00AM to leave for the race. I turned them on around 6:15AM just before the race started. They were dead by 7:15AM, so the battery didn't last more than an hour. Luckily, I knew these were unreliable, so I had a spare set of wired headphones as backup. At least I could listen to my music for the rest of the race, but it was frustrating to have to swap headphones mid-race and use corded ones for over 2/3 of the race because these failed.

Dead battery after 6 months
I bought these for my birthday in March when I got a new iPhone 7. I use them 3-4 hours at a time 2-3 days a week. When I first got them the batteries would last a couple weeks at a time before I would get a low battery warning and then I would charge them. After 5 months I have to charge them every other day and they last 6-8 hours before a battery low warning. The sound is great and they fit well. They have multiple different ear attachments for a better fit. They are easy to connect and use.I just can't use them because of the battery.EDIT!I purchased these March 6 2017. After writing a 6 moth review I stopped using these. Today April 4 2018 the battery is completely dead and will not hold a charge. I charged them for 12 hours and they will not turn on without being plugged in.I would not recommend the product as I bought it. With a newer better battery I would purchase again.

While the audio is fine and the connection works easily
Please don't buy these. While the audio is fine and the connection works easily...they CUT OUT all the time. Freshly charged - THEY CUT OUT, spent and used up - of course THEY CUT OUT. Sitting directly in front of the computer that they are connected to - THEY CUT OUT. It would be better if they just totally failed...because they are so close to being good aaaaaaand then they start cutting out again. I can see something being crap for a purchase of say, $1-$5 bucks....but I paid $35 for "dollar" store quality reception. If you buy these and you hate them...just say to yourself..."Patrick told me not to buy these. Did I listen? No...I didn't. Now I regret it". Just say that to yourself because it would be EXACTLY what I would say to you when you started complaining about them CUTTING OUT!
