Works very well--no problems
Good quality. No problems. These cartridges are factory original equipment, made in Japan.

High quality, high capacity. Plug and play.
It just works. Since its branded, its packaged in an air tight sealed package. Open it up, pull out the 'zip strip' and slide it into the tray and ... voila... it just works. I like the high yield so I don't have to change as often and I think is a better value.

Buy Genuine HP or pay the price!
I have had my fill of 3rd party toners. The last one ruined my last printer. When I called HP they were able to determine I didn't use a HP product, and refused to repair it under warranty. It really was my own fault for trying to save a buck. It's worth it to go with the high yield. Right off the bat it said I have greeter than 2000 pages, so the price is just about the same as a "refurbished" 3rd party one. Trust me on this one, get the real McCoy and you'll never have the headache I did.

Works fine in a M276nw, but very expensive
Also, ignore the "very low" warnings from the printer once you've printed around the "rated" number of copies. I've found that these have hundreds more pages left, even after the "very low" warnings start.If this was a high-volume paycheck printer, I'd replace the toner when "warned" - but for a small desktop printer, get a spare cartridge, and only swap it out when you start getting missing streaks on the pages.

Best Quality
What is there to say about laser toner? It certainly is not pretty. Only that it is OEM, top quality, and never fails. I buy it and stay away from the knock-off toners. It is expensive but, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. In this case, top quality that gives top results.

pricey, but worth it.
Sometimes paying a little extra for the factory correct cartridge is worth it. This is one of those cases. Installation is the same no matter who's cartridge yo use but print quality, ink leaking, etc, is just not worth the risk of buying a recycled, reused cartridge from a third party vendor, at least not in my experience.
