I should have determined which drive gear I had instead of "guessing" After some trial and error I determined that I had the wrong drive gear and once that was corrected this gear was "on the money" as checked with GPS. I ended up miscalculating which one I needed which I realized once I installed this but it did exactly what is was supposed to do.
