This HOT GEL will give you a very hot sensation in the first 15 minutes. Therefore, I will recommend you to leave it without any wrap, and after 15 o 20 minutes, you could put the wrap around that area. Remember, never put this gel on your underarms or private parts.

No !!! It makes you sweat and makes your stomach burn a little bit.

Q: How long should you leave it on?
