I struggled with another brand of cookie press to the point where I thought making spritz cookies just wasn't for me. Years later, I decide to try again and get this gem. It works PERFECTLY! Everything is well made, metal, cleans easy, and presses like a dream. So glad I found this!! Do not look at the other brands. This is the one you want.

I bought this to make something called cheese straws. It's a fairly heavy doe and I've tried a couple of plastic Walmart type cookie presses and find it to be a real workout just trying to get the dough pressed through the disc. Because this one is mechanical and it's not plastic, it works perfectly, is easy to use and easy to clean. If I ever need another one I'll buy this, but this one will probably last forever.

I use this for cheese straws, which require a tremendous amount of pressure to push through. It would be nice if the handle were longer to provide more leverage, but the product is VERY sturdy and well made.

I had previously owned another brand of cookie maker but lost an important piece on it so it no longer worked. I figured it was less of a hassle to replace the whole cookie maker rather than purchase a replacement part. When I purchased this deluxe stainless steel one I had my doubts because the handle operation looked a little bit funky. My previous one did not operate like this. But I really needed a cookie maker quickly so I tried it. LOVE IT! I noticed a complaint in one of the reviews about it skipping - maybe she received a defective one because mine works so smoothly and does not skip a beat. I can pump out those cookies so quickly it's amazing and consistant. And of course there are wonderful designs to choose from. Many people use it for spritz cookies only on Christmas. I use mine year round. One nice thing about it is that I look like I've spent hours on these delicate little cookies when in reality it's quicker than any drop cookie and the recipes are simple, simple, simple! And if you dip one end in dark chocolate or white chocolate they look very fancy. You can add lovely colors to your cookie dough and produce a rainbow of possibilties. This cookie maker is a breeze to clean. The pieces come apart easily and wash with hardly any effort. On the side of the box it shows the finished shape of each disc which is very helpful because some of the discs have a design that look nothing like the finished product. It makes a beautiful little heart cookie that is wonderful for Valentines Day. It makes a perfect little Christmas tree or wreathe for the holidays. It makes cute little flowers or stars or just fun shapes that are not anything in particular. I highly recommend this cookie maker. It's so easy to use and kind of fun. The possiblities are endless.

Its a good cookie press (or "Biscuits Machine" as the box says). My previous one had a snap together top and bottom, which was a disaster. The pressure of pressing out cookie dough caused the press to pop open. This one has threaded top and bottom and does the job of making cookies flawlessly. My only complaint (and so 4 stars not 5) is that the main press tube has razor share edges that will slice your fingers open when cleaning or assembling, leaving you with bloody cookies. Good press, but maybe needs a little work in the safety department.

I just received my order! I was expecting a brand new product, I found it as #used item, the tube was dirty from outside I had to clean it. If you need this item make sure is new not you pay that amount $ for used item. « I don’t recommend it »

This is a lovely product and I'm glad I purchased it for smaller, more delicate cookies. My family loves spritz cookies and enjoys making them in all different shapes. It is well designed and easy to clean. I would have liked it to be larger and hold more dough

We had three different cookie presses, and they all broke at the same time. Two were plastic but by excellent companies and one was metal. The metal one was from my grandmother so that was pretty old so when that one broke I kind of expected it. The other two shocked! When I got this in the mail around Thanksgiving, I couldn’t wait to make cookies for Christmas. It was amazing! Love this cookie press so much! The box did come basically falling apart, which was odd to me, but I did notice in some reviews, other people had complained about that . So I wouldn’t buy it as a gift because it really doesn’t look good upon receipt. But it is amazing!
