I searched for the problem online and found out that many others having the same problem after using it for a while, some says it's software problem that needs to be updated , while others saying hardware problem, but no solution online for this problem. I would love to give high rating for it , but if the machine is not working anymore it's as good as scrap now and can't get higher than a star. it's only been 5 months since I ordered it.
