good you can get two of these, so the next time a loose a tub got back up, being using these for years, handed down by my parents, they are very good for colds and bring out the cold - my only warning is do not use a large amont you only need a couple of grains in boling water and let them settle for a little while before breathing in as they can be very strong smell.
