Bought this as a Christmas (2021) present for a 19yr old. I did a lot of background checking on Lumens, what works with an apple phone and a laptop and this one came up in the midrange price band. For its price the quality of the projection is great. 19yr old very happy with its quality, surprisingly so! They couldn’t believe how good it is as I know given the choice they’d have gone for a higher priced one- that wasn’t an option! I bought a chrome cast to go with this, as that then allows Netflix to be streamed through an iPhone to this. The sound quality is ok, you may need a better portable speaker so it’s less ‘ muffled’ but you absolutely don’t need one. This has only been tried in a darkened room which has blackout blinds, so far, so I can’t comment on what it looks like when used in the day. Came well packaged and arrived quickly

bought this projector for 2 main purposes.Mainly I bought this for Movie and game nights. As a family we love nothing more than chilling out on a Friday and Saturday night watching a few movies or playing the PS5. This has upped our game massively. This projector provides a nice clear Hd image and is perfect for gaming and movies.I also want to use this projector to watch the football because I love the football on the big screen. I have my Firestick connected to this and the projected image is truly brilliant and it makes watching the football even more enjoyable.You can also use you mobile phone via the wireless connection and this is very easy to set up and use.The built in speakers are very adequate and provide a nice rich balanced sound.Overall I am delighted with this projector and for the following reasons I am going to rate it 5 stars:Excellent picture qualityExcellent sound qualityGood connection optionsEasy to useEasy to navigate menuGood remote

This is my 3rd projector and so far so good. It’s fairly big but the picture and sound quality is excellent. Took a few goes to figure out how to attach the lense cover (you have to slide the lense out, fit the cover, then slide it in)The remote is very handy.Fan a little noisy but as the speakers are loud it’s not a problem once you start watching the movie.Overall very happy

Impressed with the brightness, however the blue colour is more prominent so it was kind of hard to distinguish the characters and background if the scene is set in a dark or night setting. Still happy with purchase! For me fan noise is not an issue and sound quality is good!

Contrary to other reviews, in my opinion, the room does need to be quite dark.Outside it needs to be after sunset for it to be viewable.However in a dark enough setting the picture is fantastic and the sound really good.

I’m really pleased with this projector. It was reasonably priced but the quality of the image is extremely good. It’s easy to use and the initial set up was straight forward. The sound quality isn’t that bad but to get that cinema feeling I would recommend a simple 5.1 surround sound , there’s a good one on Amazon, wireless for about £100. I opted for a ceiling mount which was also on the site and does a really good job. All in all if you don’t want to spend £500 + and are thinking of getting one for the school holidays, then look no further ! 👍

There are a lot of cheap projectors here, most with 4* or 5* ratings, and in general I don't believe them. This one seemed a little better, and indeed I found a youtube review of it that was reasonably positive. So, when it turned up on sale I thought I'd give it a go. Sadly it wasn't long before it went back in the box and I hit the "Return" button.My first problem was with the keystone correction. There's just not quite enough correction for what I wanted, which I didn't think was an unusual setup. And then the correction is just a mirror, meaning the top and bottom of the image end up at different distances and so you can't properly focus the image. Plus the mirror isn't optically great and with keystone correction in use you end up with a double image.Even without using keystone correction, the image is not as clear as you'd expect. The optics on this projector just don't seem to be of very high quality. To me, anyway.The image was quite bright though, at least when throwing a 65" image onto a wall about 2m away. The sound quality from the built-in speakers was better than I expected, and quite loud. The fan noise was a bit loud when on the desk next to me, but OK when further away, especially with sound to cover it up.But the image quality was the kicker for me. Just not good enough. Returned.Update: the seller contacted me in response to the above review, requesting that since I received a refund I should remove the review, and eventually offering me a £30 "gift". This is everything that is wrong with the amazon review system, meaning it is really hard to trust the good reviews. I've revised my rating and deducted one star for the request to delete my review.

This is a big projector in comparison with the latest types out there. It needs plenty of space to be placed.The picture is great it takes a fair bit of setting up but I only have a sheet to display it on. The picture was taken with plenty of ambient light in the background.... In a dark room it is much clearer. When I have it on my Projector screen it is fabulous.Its not HDR.. for the price tho it is a no brainer.The Audio from the built in speakers is good and is more than enough to drown out the Fan noise which isn't bad at all.Screen mirroring works well and gives a full size display after setting up.5 Stars for the price ... Very Happy :-)
