These dough scrapers are excellent. They are strong enough for the job but also flexible enough to scrape the thinnest streak of dough out of a mixing bowl . The fact that you get a pack of 3 makes it a bargain purchase.

Took me a while to learn the knack of how best to use them with dough mixing. They are useful multi purpose tools easy to clean and are fairly flexible in use.

I used to make bead, with the dough too dry, just so that I could handle it without it getting stuck to everything.With these paddles, the dough comes cleanly out of the mixing bowl, even at full hydrationWill lift it off the work surface when needing, without handfuls of flour, reducing the hydration of the doughWill help stretch the 'skin' on the dough to help prevent spreading as the dough rises.thoroughly recommend
