D-45 Diamond Front and Rear Combat Sights with Integrated Sighting System, Black

Very well made and solid construction. Mounts on the rifle in less than a minute. Work as described. I was a little worried when I first pulled them out of the packaging as I couldn't get the sights to fully open. Turns out they need to be mounted on the rifle to operate properly as they need the solid footing to fully actuate and open. Once on the rifle, they worked perfectly every time. Great purchase.

I'm impressed with the feel and functionality of them. a little gritty if you hold them as they swing, but that is to be expected considering the finish is a matte finish. You can easily keep the "pop up" from happening if you have anything in the way as they swing out, but that is easily fixed by helping them continue extending, they then pop into place. They are VERY snappy, not so much that it would hurt you if your hand is in the way, but they are nice. I have them on my PrecisionFireArms, PF-15. With a Leupold VRX 4-12X40mm. The opening clip i am showing that they clear the scope well before they start to pop up. I then show that if you do not push them down and in, they will fling back out. it is a little different the way you re-seat them. but i do really admire the system.

SO far I sent one back. Front sight would not function properly. Sent it back, had a new one in a few days and mounted the new set. So far so good. I have not had a chance to REALLY put it through its paces but I like it's function and form. So I give it four stars at the moment.

these are top quality built sites. They work awesome. And don't take up much rail space. Works great with a bigger scope mounted.the proprietary diamond shape of the sites makes it really easy to line them up. It's nice to have them out of the way when you don't need them. And they deploy quickly when you do need em.and unlike the permanently affixed sites they don't snag on clothing or other items.last thing, I do feel like they're a bit overpriced as nice as they are they should be 50 or 60 bucks less than what they're charging.

They work perfectly as they are designed to. My only cons are when they are down then they are really long (i had to push scope mount FAR forward and get an oversized charging handle because the rear sight was still that far back). My other beef is that when you open them they flip out and rub the top of your rail and it's knocking the coating off my flat dark earth finish. Still worth the money because they are rock solid and sooooo much easier/faster to shoot than regular iron sights. I also have 2 sets of their regular flip down sights and they are just as awesome.

This is my second set of diamond heads, first set of 45°. While I absolutely love the products, the item I received was clearly a return, the front sight shows a lot of wear and has a hard time always locking into stored position. Clearly someone tried forcing it to deploy as the corner of the flip ramp is very worn and clearly worn to rounded corner.... I love the item but am disappointed severely by the seller for selling me a used item at full price.

I use these as a back up to my optics. I thought they were far more recognized than they are, but when I popped them up at the range, even the range officers looked at them with a WTF kind of expression. I let them try it and they all agreed that these are the best offset iron sights they have seen. I will continue to buy these as alternate sights from here on in. The diamond shaped frame makes shots easy to line up and it is almost second nature now to rotate the gun to use them. Awesome Product!

Very cool set of sights. It's a pretty crafty design and performs exactly as described. I had a billet AR15 upper that did not accept KAC 45-degree offset sight due to clearance issues at the forward assist housing. I decided to give these Diamonhead sights a try and everything fits and performs well. I'm definitely happy with the purchase.
