I was unsure of which iPhone XR screen to purchase on Amazon given the amount of options that are available. I came across this item and was happy with the time they took to present their product; but the lack of reviews had me hesitant. I placed the order anyways. I have to say I am VERY IMPRESSED with the quality of this product. It came with a YouTube video link after purchase for install, all tools necessary to do the job, a handy magnetic mat for all those tiny screws, and a screen protector! Even the box it came in had all the tools neat and organized. I will 100% purchase from this seller again.

I installed this on my granddaughters XR, easy to do, use the video links for changing out the facial recognition parts from the original screen. The process is simple, parts are tiny, but it’s doable. Shipped in a solid shipping carton, all tools and pieces are included. Color is as good as the original screen, and screen responsiveness is great.

No regrets purchasing this item. My daughter is happy her phone is up and running again

The screen was easy to replace and came with a good video that showed each step. I was able to replace it in 30 minutes and it worked well for 1 week. Around days 8-10 I could set my phone down and not be touching it and the screen would act like it was being tapped all over the place. This has been incredibly frustrating and has made my phone unusable.

Everything worked well with the installation. Good fit and instructions and too kit. The video is clear and easy to follow. The onlyissue I have is that the photos are not sharp and the screen has a slight green color balance and the contrast is not as nice as the original screen. But for the price you really can't complain too much.

I needed a screen to replace before I sent back my phone for an upgrade to get close to full value of the trade in. I have not changed a screen before, so it took me about an hour been very careful and double checking everything. In Summary: It worked and was fairly easy to do and like that it came with all the parts necessary to switch out the screen. NOTE: some fuzziness occurred on parts of my screen initially... but it cleared up after some use. Don't freak out as it just needed to warm up i guess.Background: I wound up not using the included tools as I had precision screwdriver set that looked more capable. You MUST USE a blow dryer or heated air source to loosen the screen adhesive (suggested in video's inset pictures) otherwise the screen may not come off. One of the support video links on the email didn't work, but really only the 1st video is needed and they include multiple ways to access it.

Bought and replaced my sister’s screen. Super easy

I received and Installed it on April 8. it was working perfectly until now; April 21 and the touch screen just stopped working. :(
