Pistachio is one of my most favorite nuts and I love the chance to explore these nuts with different seasonings. This salt and vinegar variety is quite good. The nuts have a nice roasted taste and a great crunch. Love the fact that someone already did the shelling for me and I can just enjoy the nuts without having to crack them. The pouch is resealable for a fresh storage. My only disappointment was a very mild vinegar flavor. In fact, if I did not know what the flavor was supposed to be, I would have never guessed it. The nuts do have a mild saltiness and sourness to them, but the flavor is very subtle. While I appreciate the low salt content, I wish the vinegar flavor would stand out more. Perhaps using a vinegar with a bolder taste, such as apple cider or balsamic would have helped it stand out. Nonetheless, these nuts are delectable and make for a great snack.
