So far, so good. Since I've started taking these before my meals, I no longer feel bloated when I'm done eating. I barely even feel full after eating the same portions of food that have always made me feel stuffed afterwards. Although the feeling of being full rarely occurs anymore, I still feel satisfied after finishing a meal and don't feel the need to eat more in order to get that "stuffed" feeling.
