Got this for my 8 year old who liked these books on epic. Was excited to have the physical book.

My son absolutely loves this book.

Our eight year old loves this series. He first discovered this book series through his school iPad while reading books on his Epic app. We noticed that that he only had limited access to content during after school hours, so I decided to get him the book so that he could read all the chapters whenever he wanted to. At first I wasn’t sure if he would be into the book as much as the app, but when I gave it to him, he was extremely grateful. He couldn’t wait to read it, and he now reads it regularly. The pictures, text, and content are perfect for his age, so he loves reading to me. We got him the hard cover version which has great illustrations on it and is good quality. I recommend this for any young person that is learning to read and is into comics and superheroes.

My granddaughter is not a big reader in fact she is struggling with her reading skills. She found cat ninja stories on the reading app for school called 'epic' and she fell in love. So I did what any good grandparent I bought her this book. She has read it over and over. She's 8 years old and currently has a school reading level at 'L' for reference.

My daughter loves comic books! This graphic novel is full of action, humor, and suspense. She read through the entire book in a day because she couldn't set it down. She can't wait to read all the other books in the series. I highly recommend!
