Thank you for your inquiry. We would consider the color of the Brixton Joanna to be natural. We always name the colors of each hat we stock the same name given by the hat maker. The XS is listed at size 6 3/4, or 21 1/8" in circumference.

Q: Can you remove the black band?

the band is sewn onto the hat. you can remove it if you wish, as long as it is understood that we will not be responsible for any resulting damage, should it occur.

Q: Can you pack this hat in a travel bag? Does it roll up?

No! If you rolled this hat you would ruin it. The brim is firm so I would suggest wearing it when you travel or just carrying it.
