Exactly as described. Very easy to put together and included extra screws and tools, etc. Seems sturdy enough for most purposes and light enough to move around as needed from room to room. I purchased it for the bedside, but realize that the steps are very narrow and could be dangerous in a dark room. I will use this one in a well lit room. Hopefully, this manufacturer has something else that will suit my purpose because the quality is great for the price.

Sturdy and attractive. The stool assembles with 4 screws total. I weigh over180 pounds and it handles my weight without flinching. Beautiful woodgrain and finish, also!

Love the looks of this little stool. Easy to assemble. Very sturdy! My only slight complaint is the steps are a little narrow. Fortunately, I wanted it more for appearance than function. Overall pleased with the purchase.

I love this step stool! This is the second one I bought. It was so easy to put together. Took just a few minutes. This one is for my kitchen and looks great just sitting there waiting to be used. It's not too heavy so I can pick it up and take it anywhere I need it. It's the perfect height to help me reach the top shelves of the cabinets.

The steps on the stool aren’t as wide as I thought they would be, and slippery with socks. I have to purchase some safety/non slip strips to feel safe on them. Looks nice but Bert as a stepper for toddlers

Very easy to assemble. The quality of fit and finish is excellent. They even thought to include adhesive pads for the bottom to avoid scratching our wood floors. This step makes it very easy for my petite wife to climb up into our rather tall bed.

Pros: I love the height of this stool. The parts are solid and well made. It looks really nice. Cons: Even though I screwed the bolts in tight, they are loosening with use and actually falling out. The adhesive pads under the legs are not staying in place. The wood, although beautiful, is so soft that my house slippers are scratching the upper surfaces. Summary: I would buy it again as I value it for its functionality more than its appearance. I am worried about losing the bolts as they may continue to fall out. They’d be hard to replace.

Says no assembly required. Totally have to assemble. Assembly was not possible due to clogged threads,possibly glue or varnish. Some sandpaper needed for overly large drill holes also.
