Very well made, all the pieces come apart so there’s no places for gunk to build up. I love being able to press it and then leave it in the fridge then it’s done. No more pot filled with water balanced on top of my tofu haha

I like that this is very simple to use. It’s effective, not complicated and gets the job done.

I am really happy with this! Used it last night for the first time on two blocks of tofu. I did it overnight in the fridge and this morning the blocks were well compressed with lots of water squeezed out. I was able to get the pressed tofu out without damage or cracking.Because of the thoughtful position of the four springs in the corners and the centered pressure of the screw compression was very evenly applied.Two pieces of tofu (from Costco so maybe larger than normal) barely fit but it still worked great. There are two little cutouts on the press plate to make it easier to grab but with two pieces of tofu in the press they aren't very helpful. That being said, I was still able to get the tofu out fine and I'm sure it's helpful if you are doing one piece at a time.Assuming it holds up long term, I'm really happy with this press!We use two blocks of tofu at a time so bring able to do both at once for our meals is very helpful. The press is just barely big enough for two Costco-size blocks of tofu, so there is a tiny area on either side of the press plate that isn't covered but it wasn't a problem.

It presses the TOFU, sure, but overall it's got a lot of design flaws as enumerated below.- It's marketed as the biggest tofu press out there, but it can't do 2 typical sized tofu blocks simultaneously, 1.5 the the most you could fit it, so "big, but not big enough" means it's just inconveniently sized. If I could have done 2 blocks at once all other issues would be overshadowed.- The springs in the bottom don't clip into place. They have grooves, but they come right out during washing, so you're constantly re-seating all 4 springs each use. The plastic grooves should have hugged the spring more so it pops into place, trivial design choice that wasn't made.- Cleaning isn't easy, there are too many parts, so what should be a quick rinse just isn't as quick as it could be. Same problem with drying, too many parts.- The bottom plastic bows during pressing, so pressing is uneven, and thus less than optimal. Poor design choice again, springs are placed too far apart and should be more centered to balance it better.- The parts don't fit together particularly well for storage, it takes a lot of storage space and doesn't feel organized in the kitchen.- The bottom plastic board doesn't have any holes in it, so a little bit of water pools on the base of the bottom shelf, exacerbated by the bow in the bottom board which creates a little pool for water at the base of the tofu. Suboptimal design.- The threads on the screw are way too tight. You have to turn it a lot to move the top press. They should have chosen a screw with much wider threads so it takes fewer turns to move it. Again simple design failure that wouldn't have cost a penny to change, just a little up front thinking and product testing.

I've been vegetarian for 7 years now and I have always disliked tofu for the most part. I literally have no idea how no one had ever told me about this, I saw someone using a tofu press on tiktok and bought this immediately. It made the MOST DELICIOUS tofu I've ever had omg. Like seriously how did I not know? We've been marinating the pressed tofu and using it in sushi. It doesn't take long for the press to work either, at first we thought we would have to leave it for a long time but it works quickly!!! Highly recommend.

This is a great sturdy, easy to use product. Not gonna lie, when I first got the package I was surprised it was in a few pieces and I had to read instructions to put together, it didn’t come assembled. It took about five minutes to get together. Tofu turns out great every time. My food taste so much better with firmer tofu! Great product in my opinion.

It’s great for a large amount of tofu and you can store in refrigerator

This package came like it had been opened and parts appeared to have mold on it. I’ll be returning it.
