Definitely better than my last aftermarket screen that started having issues after 6 months, part of the touchscreen wouldn’t respond anymore, the part where you have to tap/swipe for everything. My last one was too bright and horrible blacks.This screen is much better than that, but not as good as the OEM of course. At this price, definitely can’t complain though. Install took about 30 minutes. Came with new waterproofing seal, screen protector, spudgers, suction cup, SIM card tool and all of the screwdrivers needed to go the job. Last time, I had to buy a tool set that had all of these tiny bits of all the shapes. Awesome they included all of the tools with this. Install was pretty simple. Compared to my wife’s XS Max and I could see the slight difference in height between the LCD screen vs oled, very slightly. No big deal, just an observation.Overall, great price, includes tools, screen works very well. Might get a new phone this year, so if this lasts 3-4 months, I’ll be happy. Whatever the case is, can’t go wrong with this one.*update*After a few days of use, I scratched the glass. Ugh. I didn’t use the included screen protector. So, just do you know, the glass is soft, not like OEM. Make sure to use a screen protector and you’ll be good to go.*update* 9/24/23Dropped my phone the other day and shattered part of the screen in the corner. Ordered another screen. Installed pretty easily again. Back in business again. Working great.

this product really lives to the expectations. It came with all the tools needed to replace my Iphone XS screen and even added a screen protector. The quality of the replacement screen is incredible. I have little experience taking phones apart but with a quick video tutorial and the tools in this kit I was able to do it in no time. will buy again if I ever happen to break my phone's screen once again.

It's great to be able to fix your own phone instead of having to pay so much for someone to do it. @nd time buying it for my teen that does the work by herself. No issues whatsoever. Very happy with this product and will continue buying for their great quality, price and service.

I’ve had to replace the screen on this phone 4 times now. First time I got a deal on Groupon, second time I scoured the Internet for the best deal repair shop near me, the third time I got real sick of spending $150 plus, so I ordered one of these on Amazon because of the good reviews.My boyfriend replaced the screen and I was impressed with how nice it looked. But I noticed that my phone was getting really hot really often. I thought it could be from the new upgrade, the “planned obsolescence” conspiracy, or because it was a warm summer, or because I had dropped it, or that it might possibly be the new screen. I looked online for troubleshooting and tried a bunch of different settings, but nothing helped much. I’d have to put it in the fridge, or hold it in front of the AC, take the case off, unplug the charge cable… Anything to cool it down, so that it would work properly. Then I noticed that the screen would malfunction a lot. It would start doing random things, messing up my games, or start switching with between screens, click off of forms I was trying to fill out, rearrange my apps, and just generally be a huge pain in the ass. I assumed that my boyfriend just did a shotty job repairing it.Inevitably, I cracked the screen a 4th time, only now realizing that the screen protector they sent with this kit is cheap plastic and practically useless… then I dropped my phone again and rendered it completely broken. So I ordered the screen repair kit for a second time. Determined to do a better job than my boyfriend at repairing it. I watched several DIY videos on YouTube, prepared a clean lighted area to do the repair and proceeded to remove the broken screen. Attempting to remove the internal screws. I realized that they had not sent me the 000 tri-wing screwdriver, which is the main tool needed to do the job. They had sent it the first time, and I knew I had saved the tools, but I was doing this at my boyfriends house, and the tools from the first kit were far away at my house. My phone had already been out of commission for too long already so I went to Home Depot and payed $40 for the only tool kit in the whole city that included a 000 tri-wing screwdriver. I got back and finished the repair, which was easy enough, making sure I did a complete and thorough job of it, expecting that I would have corrected any issues that my boyfriend had caused replacing it the first time.To my great disappointment, the phone seems to be heating up even more than after the first screen replacement using this kit, and the screen is malfunctioning just the same, if not worse as it did before. I owed my boyfriend an apology, because it turns out it was not his fault. Apparently these screens do not work as well as all the reviews claim. It is a cheap replacement, and I guess you get what you pay for. Either all these good reviews just got better screens then I did by chance, or they have not noticed the issues yet when they wrote the reviews, or they don’t believe the problems are from the screen replacement. Anyhow, I am convinced that all the problems with my phone are in fact from this cheap screen replacement, and I am quite disappointed. For the frustration they have caused it would be worth it to pay the $150 to have it done at a repair shop, or maybe just try to find a better quality screen online to replace myself.

I’ve broken many screens for my iPhone and stopped spending money on OLED displays due to the cost. I’ve tried a number of LCD options and this one surprisingly had good color and sharpness vs others I’ve tried. The refresh rate looks not as good as expected but overall this one is one of the best cheap LCDs that is well worth the low price

I dropped my phone and had a bright white light down the left side. It’s an old phone and I don’t care about True Tone or Oled. Also didn’t want to spend $100 and it not work.This worked like a charm. I got my phone back and can’t even tell the difference except sometimes holding the space bar to move my cursor is slow to respond. I don’t care about that either. Super happy and was easy watching a tutorial.

The media could not be loaded. This is not my first time replacing screens. I’ve replace my XR multiple times( I’m extremely clumsy 🤷🏾‍♀️) I brought two screens for 11 pro max and XS Max to fix for my husbands phones. I’ve must’ve gotten a defective screen for the XS Max because the 11 Pro Max screen worked perfectly! Xs Max screen is just black, I’ve tried force starting the phone. I feel the phone vibrating when I hold the volume buttons and power button together. I also hear the phone turn on and the SOS sound when you press the power button but nothing appears on the screen. Returning this and ordering a different brand! Disappointed in the product especially since it worked for the 11 P.M. model Giving it 3 stars.

I oldered Ayake iPhone Xs MAX replacement screen as I damaged my phones’ existing screen. It was delivered the next day. Installation is fairly straight forward as it came with all necessary tools. Picture quality if the screen is really good and comparable with the the original Apple screen. Highly recommended!!
