How do I know which size is right for me?

Choose the size that fits your FITTED T-shirt size. Women: If you wear larger shirts due to breast size or mid-section (men too), it is recommended that you choose the PostureMedic that is 1 size smaller than your Tshirt.

If it is not a brace, how does it help my posture and can I wear it all day?

Our PostureMedic is engineered by our owner and Elite Sports Therapist/Trainer, to actively engage back muscles, stretch the chest muscles, and neurologically retrain your brain where neutral posture is while wearing it. Read our Manual!

How long will it last? What if it breaks or the handles tear?

Rubber and foam naturally degrade with exposure and use. That's why we replace yours FREE whenever it breaks - 3 months or 10 years from now. Your investment is protected as long as you need it. Contact Primekinetix anytime.

How do I request a free replacement?

Go to our website > Policies> complete the form, upload a photo of the broken unit, and we'll process your free replacement. Request replacements whenever you need them - there's no limit!

Why is wearing a brace bad for me?

Wearing static braces is equivalent to wearing a cast. YOUR MUSCLES STOP WORKING, because the brace is doing the work instead. Your back muscles will weaken, causing you to to feel dependant on the brace for comfort or back pain relief.
