I have nerve damage in my dominant left hand, hard to use regular 3 piece grinder, let alone roll or fill a cone! This tool is 100% legit, easy and fun to use! Believe me I bought every cone filling gadget out. Probably work great if your hands work asthey should. I was so happpy to get this unit delivered today. I'll be knee deep in fatties tonight! This thing is perfect for me. I have big clumsy hands and have never been able to roll. I’ve always needed a friend or a brother to do all the work. This product makes it so easy and quick with no mess. My favorite use is in the car before walking into a concert.

Bought this as a gift for my hubby, because he was sick of sticky fingers, and filling up cones or wrapping joints himself, and I don't smoke. Best. Invention.. Ever! Well worth the 200$!He can't stop bragging, or smiling ear to ear.You can get 10 pre rolls done in the time it would take you to hand roll 1 joint!

DO NOT BUY - NOT WORTH IT, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!a very cool product. used for two years, and it can handle the stickiest herb you have. easy to use, fun to use, and works as described.generally well-made product, but the motor drives the grinder portion by connecting the two parts of the product using a brass spacer that essentially acts as gear teeth to allow the motor to grab and turn the grinder teeth piece.this brass spacer has broken three times in the past two years. emailed support the first time, and they sent me two replacement brass spacers at the cost of shipping only (couple of bucks, no big deal). replacing the spacer is a super simple 3-second task and the grinder is back in good working order!however, they've now changed that policy - in the name of "safety" - and will no longer send replacement brass spacers; mind you, this piece costs all of three cents perhaps and is the only thing needed to keep this grinder working ad infinitum. but now, you can't repair your own product. the company won't let you. but hey, they have a trade-in program where you can get $50 towards a brand new otto! even though it costs $180 and all you need is a three-cent replacement piece. but no, pay another $130 dollars for a new one you don't need. and then the company gets to make that repair and re-sell your "broken" grinder at a premium!DO NOT BUY - NOT WORTH IT, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This thing is nifty. Cuts down on the time spent packing cones. Battery life on this is pretty impressive. Days between charges with active daily use. The grinding function works like a charm. Only bummer is that it isn't just load and go. There needs to be a pause in the middle to pack then reload to finish. If you skip that step, some boating is in your future, friend. Overall recommend as a time saver.

stoped working 2 weeks in and i will probz have to send it back for the price u pay it shud not stop working 2 week in its a joke

Not a bad product but for the money it could be better ! Very sensitive to sticky herb . Fiddly to clean . Short battery life.I've bought 2 of these both worked for a short time then stopped AVOID

Bit fiddly getting the tobacco in to grind and can take several attempts to fill cone completely, i bought it due to hand injury so works well for me, ok product, bit pricey for what it is
