It was a recommended book by a dear friend whom I should be thanking after writing this review. For the past two hours and half I felt seen, loved and my emotions validated. This book has made me acknowledge the emotions I struggled with my relationships and validated all of those emotions to be okay. And those emotions can be seen as healthy and not a loss but transformation of one's self. If it makes sense. Thank you for the gift of this book. Every words in this book is a journey of self love, self awareness and self healing. 💯 recommended.

For someone not big on reading, this book opened my eyes. It offers perspective on loss, fuels hope, and boosts self-esteem. It's like a dose of wisdom when you need it most. Bookmark Worthy: I've marked so many pages—gems I share with friends and family. Their reactions range from "deep" to "I needed this."

I recommend this to anyone healing from love. The reminders and encouragement throughout this book hit home so many times. I smiled and shed tears reading this book. I will definitely be reading it again and suggesting it to anyone that needs a reminder that you are enough, you have over come so much, and you have so much coming to you in the future.

It took me months to finish this book. I would read passages that would hit me so deeply and i had to take weeks to reflect or even within my depression, I had to push myself to continue. Everything in here was beautiful. I feel like the author was able to look into my soul, my hurts, my hopes and molded every section for me. I’ve recommended this book to friends that I know would heal and reflect from the messages. The writing style was easy to follow. I loved the ways the sections were broken down. All i can say is that I recommend this book but hopefully you do the work that goes into it. Take the time to feel. It was the hardest thing for me but i got through it. And somehow, i feel so much lighter
