I had them powder coated gloss black. They look nice, not “2much” and is different than the herd. I have a pavement princess and i am not pretending it’s anything other than for fun.

The media could not be loaded. I really like the look of this product. Item arrived well packaged and with no damage. The install was fairly straight forward with a couple exceptions.1) when removing the heat shield on the underside of the hood, I’d use a tarp or something to cover the engine so the clips don’t fall into the engine.2) the directions do not tell you wether you need to cut the heat shield to allow heat to directly vent or leave it intact to vent ambient heat. Videos online show many cutting the shield. I chose to leave mine intact.As for the function. They are really just for looks. The lights really aren’t that bright and only slightly supplement your normal headlights. These are not used for dedicated off-road lighting.I do still very much like them.

These scoops look nice but the lights that come with them are not water tight. 6 months in and one of the Les’s has water in it and no longer works.
