Don’t follow instructions that come with dongle. We were connecting to gaming PC that didn’t have a CD rom or WiFi signal, QR code did not work for link to download driver. So we finally just gave up and plugged it in and it worked immediately lol.

It was very good. It works much better than the WIFI dongle I was previously using.

We have several newer devices, computers in our household, but my personal fave is my 10+ year old Windows 7 pc. I wanted to get a faster wireless network speed since this pc maxed out at around 20mb. I also didn't want an expensive solution so I went with this purchase. I was literally up and running, zooming around the internet at 250mb+ speeds within 10 minutes. The only hiccup during installation was I had to Uninstall the older network card before things would work smoothly. So a heads up for others might be to uninstall the old network card (not just disable, uninstall it!) before moving forward and installing this.

Easy to install, although the quick install instructions would have to read by a magnifying glass, lol. But that's just nick picking, so far it is performing quite well. I ran one of those speed test that the net has and it seems to be as fast as if the computer was plugged directly into the router with an ethernet cable.

Amazing product! It works as intended and I also absolutely love that they give you a direct method for downloading the driver as opposed to scouring through the internet for it. I don't know how but I missed that it was 3.0 usb, definitely not a con but it heats up quite fast on my 2.0 ports. Not a product issue; this is user error and I would recommend this product to anyone. Especially if you have 3.0 ports, it should work really well. Again, not much to say besides a really good product and working as intended.

I can get on some website. I can get on YouTube I can watch a video but any trouble shooting website and game will not connect.It took an hour and a half to get the driver installed sense this is a fresh copy of windows and I don't have a cd drive. The websites driver is not compatible with my os. I bought a external CD drive and used the CD. The realtec application sucks. And here I am still not able to do what I want.

It was easy to install, and after I use the included driver disk that came with it, it worked. And it has continued to work after a week.The included instructions seem to be a bit “dated”, but in the end I was able to install the drivers. The web address included on a card with a scan code did not function properly, and they print it out website did not work. It would take me to the website within the website did not work to give me a functioning driver. I got an error code saying “name too long” for the downloaded file. However, like I said, the included driver disc worked

Bought this to replace the internal Wi-Fi card in an old computer. Not only isn’t it plug-and-play, but the driver and software that’s on the disk was from 2019 and didn’t support Windows 10. Luckily I knew how to find the current version online, which does support Windows 10. Once everything was up and running, it worked very well. 4x’ed my Wi-Fi speeds from ~20 Mbps to 80+.
