It's easy to apply, buffs off cleanly, and leaves a deep, glossy finish with no streaking. The water beading is excellent—rain just rolls straight off, making the car much easier to keep clean. A little goes a long way, and it adds a slick, smooth feel to the paintwork while enhancing the shine. It also works well on modern paint finishes and gives the car that freshly detailed look. Overall, a high-quality ceramic spray that's quick to use and delivers impressive hydrophobic protection. It can be used either on a wet car or dry, i prefer a dry car, but apply out of the sunshine. I'd happily recommend it. Review: Best quick polish I've used for years - Easiest ceramic spray I've used with great results, do one panel at a time and it's easy to apply and buff off leave my car looking great and the paintwork is super slippery afterwards, it's actually hard to hold onto a door edge it's slips out of my hands , great stuff much much better than the turtley stuff or M'g stuff as usual Autoglym products do exactly what it says on the 'tin'. ## Features - Autoglym Rapid Ceramic Spray is a quick and easy to use ceramic coating car cleaning spray that adds protection to your paintwork - Ceramic hybrid formula bonds quickly to paintwork with a simple spray and buff - Protects vehicle bodywork against damage caused by the natural environment - Can be used on PPF or vehicle wraps - Tropical scented coating product offers up to 3 months of durable hydrophobic protection, and the unmistakable deep gloss finish will make your car stand out from the crowd ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08Y6YNWJV | | Best Sellers Rank | 122 in Automotive ( See Top 100 in Automotive ) 1 in Wet Waxes | | Brand | Autoglym | | Brand Name | Autoglym | | Container Type | Tin | | Contains Liquid Contents? | Yes | | Country of Origin | United Kingdom | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 6,867 Reviews | | Included Components | 1 x Autoglym Rapid Ceramic Spray 500ml | | Item Form | Spray | | Item Highlight | Ceramic Spray Wax for Paintwork Protection, High Gloss Shine, Water Beading, Car Detailing & Lasting Finish | | Item Type Name | Spray-on Ceramic Coating | | Item Volume | 500 Millilitres | | Item Weight | 0.57 Kilograms | | Item form | Spray | | Item volume | 500 Millilitres | | Manufacturer | Autoglym | | Material Features | Ceramic hybrid formula with silica that provides hydrophobic protection and deep gloss finish | | Material feature | Ceramic hybrid formula with silica that provides hydrophobic protection and deep gloss finish | | Model Number | RCS500EUR | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | RCS500 | | Product Warranty | 2 year manufacturer | | Scent | Unscented | | Size | 500 ml (Pack of 1) | | Special Features | Can be applied to wet and dry vehicles, Spray Application, Up to 3 months of protection | | Special Ingredients | Silica | | Specific Uses For Product | Exterior | | Specific uses for product | Exterior | | Surface Recommendation | Ceramic | | Unit Count | 500.0 millilitre | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Autoglym - **Item form:** Spray - **Item volume:** 500 Millilitres - **Material feature:** Ceramic hybrid formula with silica that provides hydrophobic protection and deep gloss finish - **Number of items:** 1 - **Scent:** Unscented - **Special feature:** Can be applied to wet and dry vehicles, Spray Application, Up to 3 months of protection - **Specific uses for product:** Exterior - **Surface recommendation:** Ceramic - **Unit count:** 500.0 millilitre ## Images ![Rapid Ceramic Spray, Ultra Hydrophobic 500ml - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51i6u2SiDwL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: I have a matt grey colour / quantum grey audi - will this be suitable?** A: Hello, the Rapid Ceramic Spray would be unsuitable on matte finishes as it leaves a super glossy coating We hope this information helps Kindest Regards Autoglym Technical Services **Q: I have mg hs with black metallic paint, can i use this product on it. My vehicle was washed and decontaminated a while ago then polished with Super Resin Polish and topped off with Auto Extra Gloss Protection, at the weekend I decided to try the ceramic spray that I had bought during an Amazon sale and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised, it is extremely easy to apply as long as it’s not too warm and not in direct sunlight, spray on wipe off and a final quick buff and that was it. I then decided to put a second layer on as instructed after 24hrs because this was my first use, every one was impressed with the finish and even to touch it feels good and because I live in Scotland of course it rained so I can confirm it beads up nicely, time will tell how long the protection will last but it so easy to apply I wouldn’t hesitate to use it again! I only dropped 1 star as I think it’s expensive compared with other products. ## Frequently Bought Together - Autoglym RCS500 Spray-on Ceramic Coating - Autoglym SRP500US Super Resin Polish - 16.9 oz. - Autoglym Leather Care Balm, 500ml - Feeds and Protects Car Leather Upholstery and Motorcycle Leather, Beige --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ie/products/290415037-rapid-ceramic-spray-ultra-hydrophobic-500ml](https://www.desertcart.ie/products/290415037-rapid-ceramic-spray-ultra-hydrophobic-500ml) --- *Product available on Desertcart Ireland* *Store origin: IE* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
