Don't dislike the product, it just a fiddle to get right on the motorcycle. ( part's not upto fitting properly. )lucky there's two engineers in the house. 3 out of 10, sorry

This is advertised as fitting up to 20mm hole, it doesn’t, 19mm at max , I have had to remove 2mm off the top of the nut as it bottoms out before the collet gets anywhere near the 20mm mark and to hold the top in place you have to virtually destroy it to stop it spinning. I’m now saving up for a quad lock.

Bought it because they said it'll take 7". Even with it held in a vice, and extended with great force against the springs I can't get the phone in! With the centre pieces just tightened around two balls with one thumbscrew, which does allow for multi positioning, I think with the weight of phone and vibrations, you could well be walking back up the road to fetch it?

Neither the size of the opening nor the size for the stem is correct. The bolt even snapped for me when trying to fit it. Phone mount wouldnt hold phone and tore off the rubber on the mount itself. Absolute waste of time

Awful. Attached it to the stem of my GSXR750. Seemed tight at first but any light pressure and the whole thing loosened off no matter how tight it was. Would not trust my phone on my bike with this thing.
