Easy to install, did buy larger securing bolts as supplied ones actually pulled through securing holes. Caution on windy days - wind it back in. Gives a lovely lot of shade in the midday sun.

This is a great buy, sturdier than I thought and easy enough for me and my wife to put up. Unlike some other brands this comes fully built and ready to mount. As with other people I changed the cheap wall bolts for M10s from B&Q, and with a new 16mm sds drill bit and a good hammer drill, it was a piece of cake. I had to adjust the angle of the drop but that is just 2 bolts. The instructions are a bit vague but not a problem, watch a video on YouTube

Raw bolts poor quality used resin fixed studs. Fitting went smoothly and pleased with the result

Really pleased with the awning, it was easy to fit (took 2 people) and looks lovely! We used bigger bolts to attach to the house as we had read previous reviews, but would highly recommend the product.

Fast delivery and well packaged, I ordered the 4m x 2.5m version.The awning comes fully assembled in the box so all you need to do is fit 3 brackets to the wall and mount the awning. The brackets are fine to do alone but raising the awning to the brackets is a two man job due to the size. I mounted the awning 8 feet from the floor which gives plenty of headroom.I recommend replacing the expansion bolts. B&Q sell 16mm stainless expansion bolts which I used. The ones supplied felt and looked cheap.The mechanism is smooth both on opening and closing. Take the time to make sure it’s level so when you wind it in it stays central on the roll. The adjustment for pitch is 2 bolts either side which you turn to lower and raise each side independently to get level. EasyFitted in roughly an hour. Highly recommended

On receiving a very long box I proceeded to install, TBH the instructions are very vague but you can work through themJust think how high you want the lowest point after extending out fully and add 18" to the height you install.There are only 6 holes to drill in the giant sized one I bought 4Mtr.Then you just lift up and pop in with 3 bolts.Easy really, you can then adjust the lowest point height easily with a spanner to level out.Great value and good quality, full recommend.

Works well but upon installation we realised the sleeves for the wall plugs are the same thickness as the holes and just pulled through (without crumpling) so I suggest you buy better plugs.

Only a year in, one of the arms has let go. It has broken in the middle and is bent, so I think that's it unless the company can provide the part.I don't see here if it is on a warranty, but if it isn't I think it's a massive waste of money.
