does the job for a good price
last summer replaced the stairs for my deck in the backyard, 13 steps tall. Initially used regular screws(dry wall) to have wooden steps fasten onto metal risers, but started to notice noise due to loosen connection. consulted with some people and recommended to used this type of screw. so I did. The number of screws is perfect for my project. The extra bit (fitting the screw head) is very thoughtful. I would give 6 stars if it is possible just for this. Homeowners don't always have everything designed for a specific project, and this seller obviously took this into the consideration. well done! So far so good. a month after, the stair is still as quiet as silenced lamb, hope it continues as what it is for now.

Great price for hex head structural screws
Nice structural screws at a good price, time will tell how they hold up. I purchased these to attach 2x12 steps to angle iron. The hex head is easier to use than the star bit screws I purchased to mount the angle iron to the stringers. The price is also very good. I prefer using structural screws over lags in most cases.
