Cricut Mug Press

Wow! What a great deal for the mug press and 4 mugs under $100 and it works amazingly! I have been sublimating tumblers and other products for years as a small business and decided to expand and include mugs. No thought process at all required, just heat up, wrap mug (which is straight edge and wrapped just like my tumblers with top taped over and bottom cut exactly to size with no tape), put into press once heated and it is preset with the exact pressure, temperature and time needed. The press itself takes a bit longer than tumblers and it beeps once done. Let it sit to cool and you get the perfect sublimated mug! I used a sublimation coated mug (other brand), sublimation paper with sublimation ink printed on epson ET-8550 and it is beautiful! Highly recommend!

I had been debating on buying this for while and finally decided to get it when it was offered at an awesome price. It is very easy to use, a lot of fun, and produces great looking mugs. You do need a laptop/computer to activate the press with Cricut before you can use it, but that only takes a few minutes.

Daughter wanted to try this and add to her craft area, so I sent this for her birthday. She researched the production of included cups. After setting up the REQUIRED special, dedicated printer and ink, which is a separate purchase, she started the process. She followed the direction and produced her first cup. As with any new craft, she expected to produce the first cup and then go back and figure out why it didn't work. To her extreme amazement, her first cup = perfect. I, too, was amazed at the perfection and color production. Her next step is t-shirts! Yes, it does more than cups!

I love coffee, and I love coffee mugs. Now I can feed both addictions. This machine fits 15oz mugs perfectly, ease of use is awesome. Simply tape your sublimation picture, or infusable pattern to the mug, wrap in butcher paper, insert into machine, press the lever and wait. Out comes the perfect mug to fit the mood of the day. Highly recommend

Overall the press works very well. The colors turn out nice it is easy to use and applies good pressure evenly. My only real complaint was that the machine arrived covered in a sticky grease all over it. Not sure what that was about but after it was cleaned off it worked great.

I purchase this machine and it was easy to use made awsome coffee mugs but it stoped working and tried to search for help on line to contact Cricut and could not find a way to get in touch with Cricut. There is no help support available
