Learning to draw for myself and kiddo
This is definitely one of the better books on basic drawing, even for a beginner like myself that has never been good at making faces, period. I feel confident enough to actually give this a try after a read through, I'm glad it wasn't too long, I finished it in less than an hour, maybe less than 45 minutes and the examples definitely are helpful. But probably a little harder for say, a kid that's younger than a teenager, but not to say it's not going to be worth trying out if it's for a younger kid. They just need to be patient with thr material.

For kids who are into art, they will enjoy this easy to follow drawing book. With a sketch pad and colored pencils it will keep them busy for hours.

Very Informative Book on Drawing!
It is informative and easy to use. It shows how to draw faces of different head types and angles, front view, side view and 3/4 view, as well as other head angles of looking up and looking down. It shows how to draw anime eyes, ears, nose and mouth at all of these different angles. Male and female differences in facial features including hairstyles are also depicted. Children’s faces are shown as well. To me, it is a fantastic book at a very reasonable price.

It was a gift to my husband and he loved it. It has detailed instructions on how to draw each feature step by step which is great for someone learning basics for hobby!
