ive had this necklace up to 2 years since 2020 which is a pretty long time and it was still pretty and gold. i also wore it everyday, in the shower, sleep, and nothing happened but i never tried wearing it in the pool. it did start turning dark and fade after those 2 years tho but a person wouldnt be able to notice unless they were really up close and examining and so i got another one because i loved my name necklace so much :) second picture is my old one that lasted 2 years btw.

I like the necklace, a lot. Especially for what I paid. But I wished I would've picked out one that had slightly larger lettering. Also it only has 2 adjustments. It's cute and wear the closure is, it has a small crystal stone that dangles when u have it on the smallest length!
