Service from Amazon was a great but stone started to pit once used.
Great service and price from Amazon however once I started to use the 2000 stone it started to pit in 2 separate spots. Have 5 other stone from the same brand, range and make 400. 800, 1000, 3000 and 5000. Have to now purchase a lap stone to make even. Really like this brand of stone but was a bit disappointing.

Best stone I have ever bought!
Naniwa is an excellent, professional grade, whetstone for all those that like to sharpen there knives in such fashion. I have several of the Naniwa chocera as well as there diamond stones and the chocera is my preferred stone which is built very well and doesn't require alot of soaking like the cheaper stones. Sharpening is much easier with the larger surface area and the stone is so smooth while doing it. The 400, 2000, and 8000 are a great choice to go with and I use the 2000 more then all of them. One naniwa stone is much better than the cheap full, knockoff, set you can get from Amazon for $40 which are much smaller and have a more concrete like texture. With just a few swipes from the Naniwa 2000, your knife will significantly be sharper!

Gute Ergänzung
zu meinem 5000er Stein. Ich mag den feinen Schliff des Chosera Steins sehr gerne und finde das Schleifen darauf schon fast sinnlich.
