This device changed my game. I would suffer from gripping too hard when playing Golf and this helped ease that pain. So much that it straightened out my gain. The quality was great. The comfort was spot on the fit. Well, I did believe it's one size fits all as it cranks down to any size it is needed

First off, yes this is expensive! I took the plunge because I was sick and tired of continuing to buy the cheaper elbow braces-all shapes and sizes. The pain tennis/golf (yes-both) was not improving at all. The first time I put this brace on I was stunned at the complete support all the way round my elbow! You would think the size would be bothersome but it didn’t bother me because the pain decreased so much. Maybe, if I hadn’t waited so long to buy this brace and the pain wasn’t as bad as it had gotten, I would have found it annoying but it didn’t and hasn’t bothered me at all. I love that I can adjust the tension without fiddling with the Velcro. I wish I had found this a while ago. I have spent an awful lot of money on the cheaper, Velcro type which would have more than paid for this brace if I had just jumped in with both feet and gone with quality not quantity.

This is not high tech and I'm sure others might have more particular needs but I've been using this not insomuch for tennis/golf elbow or even carpal tunnel syndrome from over computer use (but all of those are a bit true), but I've had to use a lot of upper body strength the past 6 months while recovering from ankle surgery. In tandem with crutches and canes, this easy to apply "arm bracelet" has provided me with some much needed relief. It's sturdy and shows no sign or wearing out any time soon. Recently discovered one of my online bridge partners was wearing one, too, for CT relief.

The nob that adjusts the pressure just broke off while making it looser! This item is not made well. To bad because its a great idea to be able to adjust the pressure. Very dissapointing

This gives great support and the tension is well balance so it's not just tight in certain areas of the arm. The only MINOR issue i have is that it is a bit bulky compared to other Straps and slips when when you get really sweaty. But it does work great to minimize Tennis/golfer elbow.

I have had very bad tennis and golf elbow for about 25 years. I always resorted to the air cast strap. I tried everything and that’s the only thing that worked. Recently, the air cast strap is no longer helping. So I took a chance and ordered this. Wow!!! That’s all I have to say. Wish I had this the last 25 years! Love that you can adjust the tightness by just twisting the dial. Very well made. Strong and worth every penny. I’m now back on the court and course! Could not play without this. Thanks for a great product!

I like the BOA system to tighten the strap and provide consistent pressure. However, I could not get this tight enough so that the pad applies pressure to the right spots. It might be a good idea to include a variety of bigger, thicker pressure point pads so that this can be used on smaller forearms. (The circumference of my forearm near the elbow is 8.75-9.0 inches. According to the Q&A, this should fit, unless I measured my forearm incorrectly.) I also found the BOA awkward to crank with my left hand. I wanted to crank counter clockwise, but this will only tighten in the clockwise direction.

I have a really bad elbow. Broke twice, dislocated multiple times, and now have a surgeon created Gunstock elbow. Lifting anything, outside of the curling motion, is excruciating if even possible. With this brace I am able to do 75% more that without it and fairly pain free. Its a game changer at the gym and work (maintenance).

Dankeschön an Bauerfeind für dieses Produkt. Als leidenschaftlicher Tennisspieler hat man immer mal Zeiten in denen der Arm Probleme bereitet. Hier unterstützt die Armspange ungemein beim Heben schwerer Gegenstände und beim Tennis spielen (für diejenigen die nicht assetzen können/wollen). Die Spange läßt sich filigran im Druck einstellen, ist extrem stabil und sitzt fest wo sie soll. Auf dem richtigen Druckpunkt fixiert, entlastet sie derart, dass die Schmerzen nahezu komplett verschwinden. Tipp: Rechtzeitig anlegen! Nicht warten bis es schlimm geworden ist. Wechselt häufiger den Druckpunkt am Arm, insbesondere bei einem Tennisarm. Der Muskel ist groß und meistens ist die Sehne/der Nerv in Mitleidenschaft gezogen und braucht großflächige Behandlung. Bei starker Belastung die Spange fester ziehen, bei weniger Belastung wieder lockern (nicht zu lange fest anziehen). Tragt die Spange mehrfach am Tag, am Besten im Wechsel mit Voltaren Verbänden. Dann sollten die Beschwerden innerhalb weniger Wochen verschwunden sein. Pro-Tipp für diejenigen die genauso wenig Bedienungsanleitungen lesen wie ich: Man kann den Drehknopf ein Stück herausziehen und die Spange dann auseinanderziehen zum Entfernen vom Arm ^^ Ich hab mich immer tot gedreht bis ich das herausgefunden hatte xD Für mich unverzichtbarstes Utensil als Tennisspieler, ich habe 2 Spangen und bin dankbar dafür.
