Sun Essential OilsKey Lime (Large 4 ounce) Best

I bought this because it was a HUGE bottle, it was inexpensive, plus I've been wanting some lemon essential oil for my diffuser. THIS WAS THE WRONG CHOICE. There is a reason it is cheap. You can tell that it's lemon, but it doesn't have a strong scent, like essential oil should have. I put some in my diffuser and let it run. I couldn't smell it. I put some more in and tried to let it run. That's when the vapor STOPPED coming out the top! I guess I'm not very patient, I unplugged the diffuser for days before I got back to it. I cleaned it with dish soap, it was as oily inside as a pan of fried chicken. No joke. After I dried it I noticed it was still oily. Cleaned it again. Added distilled water and lavender essential oil. It started working and I haven't had a problem since! I WILL BUY NO MORE SUN BRAND!

I hope this review helps people I just brought this bottle a few days ago and I was so happy I found a big bottle of this lemon oil I love the smell of lemons but unfortunately it doesn't have a strong smell at all I can smell it on my fingers at first when I first opened the bottle but the smell disappears very fast this made me very unhappy because I used this in my disfusor and all the other oils I have used works no problem it makes my apt smell nice and fresh but this one I can not smell anything it is very weak I tried putting more oil in to see if that would help no it didn't help at all it made the water to heavy with oil that it made my diffuser stop working properly so I had to take the water out and put new water in to get it working again I had to use a different smelling oil I had here because this one just doesn't work maybe someone else will have better luck and get one that has a stronger smell to it I think this one might have gotten mixed wrong maybe they didn't put enough lemon oil in the bottle I hope it was just this bottle because I purchased another bottle but a different fragrance smell I hope this bottle will be better than this fragrance I will not buy this fragrance again I will write a review about the other fragrance I ordered when that one comes and let you know how that one smells and turns out.

Buyer beware. I don't know where some of the raving reviews come from, but all the oils I got delivered today are basically some (cheap) carrier oil with some scent added. This is not only disappointing but just fraud, plain and simple.And it is even relatively easy to detect because all the oils are really colorless, have very little smell, feel very oily between the fingers, leave oily spots on paper and have really nothing in common with the advertised 100% pure essential oil.I picked this brand because it was recommended by amazon, even researched the website of Sun Essentials after reading some larking reviews- but everything looked legitimate. Until I got the products. What a disappointment.I am starting to question the legitimacy of some of the reviews as this fraud is so obvious.I just hope nobody really uses it except for some candle scent as it maybe potentially harmful. If someone is capable of this, you just wonder about their ethics and integrity in other areas.

i purchased this to add to the dishwasher to help avoid that mildewy damp smell that seems to lingeri put 6 to 10 drops in before each wash and it does the trickthe scent it great and the price was good for the amount of product you get. my only complaint is that it is probably a little less concentrated than other offereings. i was surprised i have so many drops to the dishwasher to get the result i want... nonetheless the large bottle should last a long time and I would rebuy

I've purchased the Lavender and Bergamot essential oils in addition to this oil from Sun Essentials and I'm deeply disappointed in all three. The strong aroma I'm used to from other brands of essential oils is severely lacking in these oils. I make natural soaps and typically need no more than 3 wooden spoons full of essential oil per batch to produce heavenly scented soaps but I used almost the entire 4oz bottle of Sun Essentials Lemon essential oil and still didn't come close to the amount of fragrance I'm used to. Same for the Lavender and Beramot oils. Sadly, I won't be making any future purchases from this company. Shame because the price was right; the quality is poor though.
