My new go to sauce/ base. The combo of fruity and smokey and not too sweet is a winner on its own. If you want some heat you can easily perk it up with some cayenne and for extra depth, like in a marinade, you can spike it with a bunch of fresh garlic. And YES I have tried most everything else and there are many good sauces on the market. But THIS is a do it all base you can use as is or dress it up for church or a wedding. Have fun and get ready to drool!

Big container! Need room in the refrigerator. Very good sauce, both flavor and consistency. My kids think the all natural with cane sugar seems to taste better than the non-all natural.

This version of KC is no longer carried by my local food store chain. Nor are they carrying the gallon size of this or any version. Thank you Amazon! ...I'm hooked on KC Masterpiece, and this is the best version they make (my opinion). My 81 year old mother agrees; I had to order a second container, just for her. If you love BBQ sauce that is spicy sweet, and has a smoky taste, just order this and start figuring out what you're going to grill first.

This is the best sauce ever. I have tried many and nothing compares. My grandson is a very discerning chef. He looked at the ingredients and smiled.....It's a hit in our family.

Normally I have never had issues with this product. The product is a true KC taste and works very well in the recipes I work with. My issue is I was I ordered 3-158oz containers, two of which are good, one has an expired date. Why would that be sent to anyone! Why is that still on the shelf. It would have full stars but
