Sizing is off
I’ve used versa grips before and have been a fan. I measured my wrist, which measured smaller than the XS size recommendations. Received my grips and they were SO tight and uncomfortable. I didn’t even bother taking them to the gym because I could barely get the Velcro to latch. I’m sure a small would have fit better but I already waited 2 weeks for them to ship.

Love these!!
This has made working out when pulling towards your body much easier and the bars no longer slip away from me. Literally gives you a better grip and it has helped my form knowing the bars aren't slipping away from you. Make sure to measure your wrist before ordering.

Love them!
I have small wrists so got XS, but would actually recommend to get S as the only difference seems the length of the band. With XS size the band for closing is a bit short, so it’s slightly more difficult to get them around your wrist (my friend bought S after I told her and we compared both products). Otherwise love them for the gym. They definitely improve grip strength as that’s the part I am struggling with most.

Awesome not sure how I lifted without them!
Wow! What a huge difference in my deadlifts and t-bar rows!! I was getting upset knuckles and buckling from them pulling the weight vs my back. These really help just move the weight without strain. Highly recommend as I have arm tendionitis and these really help not set it off!
