Recommend using this product on an GFCI to prevent electrocution Incase of possible unknown defect? Just a safety precaution for your animals. But you could see the steam off the water it kept it so warm!! It was a very pleasant temp. Just check often to make sure that heater doesn't come above the level of your water. Dont want burnt lips. Secondly make sure your power cord is big enough to feed the appropriate amount of voltage. If it gets to low a voltage it could burn up your heater. I would not hesitate to buy this product again.

Bought this one to replace a smaller one that lasted about a year Its for my goats. We had a few freezing days and the water didnt freeze so its workingAs stated

Earl's new winter bucket
Our new llama Earl didn't have a heated water supply. Local TSC was out totally except for small bowls. Quick order, fast shipping. Cord storage in base of bowl which is nice. No extra cord flopping around. Flat back makes a nice sturdy fit again the lean to wall. Would definitely buy again.

Nice color, even with water in it, it is too light, my horse, can tip it over. She never did that with any other bucket.

The bucket I purchased does not prevent the upper level of water from freezing. This may be due to out very cold -30C Ontario winters.

I am so happy with my new heated bucket. The buying process was easy. It shipped very quickly. I was able to use it during the last freeze and was able to keep my 2 horses watered.
