Because I use henna hair dye and hair mask once or twice per month, I purchased these to prevent wet materials getting onto my ears. I tried to wrap my ears with those silicone ear covers (never stayed on) or plastic wrap (beast for ears). These disposable protectors are great quality. I've used a few dozens and so far not one tore. The elastic is very strong on every one. The plastic is large enough to cover the largest ears I'm sure. However because the elastic is so effective, it tends to slip off my ears. I had to adjust them or reinstall them a few times before they finally stay. I'm not sure how they will prevent liquid like shampoo or water if they keep on slipping off during shower. The henna hair dye or hair mask are thick paste, so it's not a problem for me. I did find that if the covers are finally on, after I wrap my head with a towel covering the ear covers, they will stay put for hours. So they are able to protect my ears after all. My ears would be sore from the elastic, but they will be clean. Another use I found is because these plastic covers are made well, I sometimes use them to cover small jars to prevent dust or cat licks. Yes you read that right. My cat likes to smell any and all things. These covers, tough not air tight nor water tight, stay on. I included a picture of the cover on a 4oz mason jar which I use all the time to mix things up for crafts, masks, etc. Reusable yet disposable if dirty. Great!

Waste of money. Do not buy. They do not stay on the ears.

I ordered these for my husband who had ear surgery & needed to keep water out of his ears during shower. They were too small to fit his ear! They fit mine fine, but definitely not a good purchase for men with larger ears. Also, the packaging is so flimsy that it was partially open/split at the seam when I received it.

Works well. After a suggestion in another review, we used two and ear was not wet. The only spot that could have gotten wet was a drip near ear canal. Just don’t have shower spray directly on the covers.

These comfy terry bands allow me to wash my face without getting my hair wet, and the adorable kitty ears make me smile every time.
